Modifiers

Modifiers are processing components, used for modifying of text sources and message parts. With using of Realtime Processing in rule's properties these components allow to modify messages sent through AEP in the Broker Mode.

There are the following modifiers in AEP:

Component	Description
Line Modifier	Used for the line modifying of the text source.
Block Modifier	Used for the block modifying of the text source.
Regular Expression Modifier	Used for modifying of text sources using regular expressions.
Simple Modifier	Used for modifying of text sources with using simple deleting and converting actions.
Message Parts Modifier	Used for modifying of message parts.
Attachments Modifier	Used to add or remove attachments in messages.

Modifiers are placed in the Modifiers folder in Components Palette.

Note:Modifiers are powerful components allowing modify messages on the fly but only if Realtime Processing is enabled for their rules. If not, all changes made by modifiers does not influence on messages received by mail client while working in the Broker Mode.
