Rule Components
With the Rule components, you can set what messages are to be processed by the Rule, and to choose processing method.
There are the following Rule components in AEP:

Filters
|
Used to check whether a message is to be processed or not.
|

Processing components
|
Used to parse, modify, and store data from messages.
|
|
Debug messages
|
Used to check whether a rule is working properly or not.
|
To disable a rule or a rule component, check off the Enabled box in its context menu.
Debug messages can be loaded from file or caught from the incoming messages stream.
