SoftKey project was developed with the purpose of providing to the user an opportunity to buy and to distribute software programs.

• Programs' registration service. It allows the developer to place his program in the catalogue and gives him an opportunity to control the sale's procedure, to carry advertising campaigns, to parse various statistics, to cover the news in the catalogue, to manage dealer's and affiliate nets and to lead different mailing lists.
  
  
• A software e-shop, in which a customer can choose a product, pay for it by one of available on the server payment systems, read articles in an analytical e-magazine SoftKey. Info and participate in various marketing campaigns.
  
  
• Internet-distribution that includes organisation of a sanguineous sale channel for a producer, coordinated advertising and price policy, investigation of the market for the software authors, creating of passive dealers' nets.
